Welcome to BriteBerry.co (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, digital content, and services. By accessing or purchasing from BriteBerry.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Use of the Website

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

If you are under 18, you may only use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

2. Product Information & Intended Use

Our products include 3D-printed miniatures, sensory-bin accessories, imaginative-play items, classroom props, and related handcrafted goods.

2.1 Intended Age Range

Our 3D-printed miniatures are intended for imaginative play for supervised children ages 5 and older, as well as use by adults, teachers, therapists, and educators.

2.2 Safety Warning

Many products contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. Supervision is required at all times. Products should not be given to children under the age of 5.

2.3 Product Durability

These items are 3D-printed miniatures, not mass-manufactured toys and may show normal wear over time. Some pieces have flexible or articulated parts and may be fragile if handled roughly. Aggressive play may cause breakage. Normal wear, minor surface variations, and slight imperfections are expected with 3D-printed items.

2.4 Product Quality, Variations, and Defects

Because every item is 3D-printed:

  • Small layer lines, minor imperfections, or slight color variations may occur.

  • These do not qualify as defects.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

3. Licensed Creative Content & Model Attribution

We take licensing and artist rights seriously. BriteBerry.co is an authorized commercial seller for the following creators:

  • KawaiiCorner3D

  • PolyPocket3D

  • 3DGOB

  • Zou3D

  • Snap Print 3D (Patreon commercial license)

Products designed by these creators are used under valid commercial licenses.
All model designs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are used with permission.

We also use select models that are free-to-sell under a Creative Commons or similar permit.Attribution is included on product listings where applicable.

You may not reproduce, resell, modify, redistribute, or upload any 3D model files, images, or designs from our site.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time

Because many BriteBerry.co products are created in small batches or made to order, our standard processing time is up to 4 weeks before shipment.

Orders containing in-stock items may ship within 1–2 weeks.

Thank you for supporting a small handmade shop.

Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare your order; transit time is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Payment is processed through secure third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.

6.1 Processing Time

Orders ship within the processing window shown on each listing. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

6.2 Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delays are outside our control.

6.3 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

BriteBerry.co is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or mis-delivered, you must contact the carrier directly.  Customers must contact the carrier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.

6.4 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or modify an address once the order has shipped.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our full Return & Refund Policy applies and is available on our website.

At BriteBerry.co, every item is created with care — from handcrafted 3D-printed pieces to digital downloads and seasonal collections. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BriteBerry.co — This includes but is not limited to: product photos, listing descriptions, branding, logos, packaging designs, digital downloads, and promotional graphics — is owned by BriteBerry LLC unless otherwise credited.

Customers may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Duplicate or redistribute 3D model files

  • Misrepresent product use or safety

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Attempt to access restricted parts of the website

Violation of these terms may result in refusal of service or legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BriteBerry.co shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from improper or unsupervised use

  • Choking or ingestion of small parts

  • Damages caused by misuse or aggressive play

  • Carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping errors

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of our products is at your sole risk.  Our products are intended for supervised imaginative play for children ages 5 and older.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
