1. Order Processing Time
Many BriteBerry.co products are created in small batches or made to order. Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare your order before it ships.

Made-to-order or small-batch items: Processing time is up to 4 weeks before shipment.

Orders containing in-stock items: Typically ship within 1–2 weeks.

Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Customers may select their preferred carrier service when available.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, BriteBerry.co cannot control delays caused by:

Weather or natural events

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Seasonal volume (holidays, etc.)
International shipments may experience extended transit times due to customs.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
BriteBerry.co is not responsible for:

Packages delayed by the carrier

Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Carrier handling errors
If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
We are happy to assist with available documentation, but we cannot file claims on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we may assist in resolving the issue.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We cannot modify, reroute, or correct the address once the order has shipped.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to reship.
6. Combined Orders & Multiple Shipments
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items:

Your order may ship together once fully ready, or

It may ship in multiple packages at our discretion.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
7. International Shipping
Not available at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, BriteBerry.co is no longer liable for replacement or refund.
