This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscription boxes, recurring purchases, preorders, add-ons, and any product purchased using a recurring or flexible payment option.
1. Subscription Box & Recurring Purchases
By enrolling in a subscription or recurring purchase plan, you authorize BriteBerry.co to charge the payment method on file according to the selected frequency.
1.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date.
Cancellations made after a renewal has processed apply to the next cycle and will not retroactively refund the current month’s charge.
1.2 Updating Payment Information
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Subscriptions may be paused or canceled automatically if payment fails.
2. Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Preorders and made-to-order purchases cannot be canceled once production has begun, as these products are created specifically for your order.
3. Add-Ons & Upsells
Any add-ons selected at checkout are considered final sale once the order is placed.
Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours and are not guaranteed.
4. Refunds for Subscription or Recurring Purchases
Subscription payments, digital items, custom items, and personalized orders are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged item in a subscription box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
