BriteBerry.co Refund & Return Policy (All Sales Final)

At BriteBerry.co, every item is created with care — from handcrafted 3D-printed pieces to digital downloads and seasonal collections. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

3D-Printed Items

Each miniature is crafted with care. Variations in color, texture, layer lines, or small surface imperfections are normal and part of the 3D-printing process. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, no refunds are available once a file has been delivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

  • the shipping label

We will be happy to assist and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

Subscription Boxes

All subscription box purchases are final sale. Cancellations apply to future renewals only and cannot be applied retroactively.


 

Wrong Address or Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
BriteBerry.co is not responsible for:

  • packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • lost, stolen, or delayed packages once scanned by USPS/UPS
